Refund policy

However, in the unlikely event that the product(s)/service(s) are unsuitable or that a client is not satisfied, the returns procedure below shall apply.

PURCHASES

The client must read all of the details provided for the applicable ad and be sure that he/she fully understands exactly what there are purchasing – including but not limited to the subscription, location on the website, number of ads sold in that space, whether or not the ads rotate, and whether or not a client already has an ad in that same space. Advertising is displayed as provided by you the advertiser. The advertiser is solely responsible for all ads and must select the appropriate category. Ads in the wrong category will result in the Ad appearing in the wrong category. Refund/Cancellation

If you wish to request a refund; you must notify us within 24 hours after purchasing an ad. We will consider requests on a case-by-case basis if your cancellation meets the following criteria among others:

If you cancel the ad after it has been running for more than 24 hrs Mzansisearch.com will charge pro-rata, with a minimum charge of one week. The refunds are provided in the form of crediting your Account.

RECURRING PAYMENTS

Advertisements are sold through the website as per subscriptions, with each subscription period renewable every 30 days. We encourage our clients to renew subscription/s at least one day before the ad expires or is cancelled. This applies to all ads irrespective of timeframes e.g. ad purchased for half yearly or yearly. The dates when your ad will expire are indicated in your Account as “Expiry Date”

Inappropriate Content

Inappropriate, illegal, adult, or prohibited content will result in account termination. mzansisearch.com will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this policy.

Delivery Policy

Due to the nature of online advertising there is no physical delivery of services or goods.
